Traditional mixing of high viscosity adhesives is prone to clumping and difficult to remove bubbles, with a rework rate of over 25%. High viscosity adhesives are widely used in sealing, bonding, and potting scenarios, but traditional mixing equipment often falls into the dilemma of "inability to stir, residual lumps, and difficult removal of bubbles" - for example, epoxy structural adhesive still has particles (diameter ≥ 3mm) after mixing, silicone sealant contains bubbles that cause waterproof failure, and the rework rate of end products exceeds 25%, seriously wasting materials and labor hours. ​

1、 Mixing of high viscosity glue: comparison between traditional equipment and SMIDA testing
In response to the viscosity characteristics of high viscosity adhesives (including epoxy adhesives, silicone adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, and acrylic adhesives), SMIDA has achieved a breakthrough in mixing effect quality through the collaborative design of "revolution+rotation". SMIDA mixers have been adapted to meet the production needs of high viscosity adhesives in various fields, solving practical production pain points:
1. Sealing field of new energy batteries
Used for lithium battery top cover sealant (viscosity 300000cP), there are no bubbles or clumps after stirring, and the waterproof level of the sealed battery reaches IP68, with a leakage rate reduced from 8% to 0.5%, suitable for long-term cyclic use of power batteries. ​
2. In the field of automotive structural bonding
After being mixed with SMIDA, the adhesive strength of the car body structural adhesive (epoxy type, viscosity 250000cP) increased by 40%. In high and low temperature tests from -30 ℃ to 80 ℃, the adhesive surface did not crack, meeting the requirements of lightweight automotive structures. ​
3. Electronic component encapsulation field
After mixing with silicone gel (viscosity 180000 cP) for electronic transformer encapsulation, the encapsulation layer has no bubbles and uniform heat dissipation. The working temperature of the transformer is reduced by 12 ℃, and the service life is extended by 3 years, which is suitable for high reliability requirements of industrial electronic equipment. ​
4. Aerospace composite materials field
High temperature resistant adhesive (viscosity 450000cP) is used for bonding aviation components, with a composition uniformity of 99.5% after stirring. It maintains stable bonding performance even in a high temperature environment of 300 ℃, meeting the strict standards of aerospace. ​

3、 Exclusive mixing design for high viscosity adhesive: details solve practical problems
The motor is directly connected to the mixing bracket, making it easy to handle 500000cP ultra-high viscosity glue and avoiding local overheating caused by mixing lag. ​
No mixing blade design: The mixing blades inside the mixing chamber prevent direct contact between the glue and the equipment, reducing material waste while ensuring that there are no mixing dead corners inside the tank. ​
Vacuum mixing integrated function: The mixing process synchronously evacuates (vacuum degree ≤ 0.2-0.5kPa), directly breaking down the "wrapped bubbles" in high viscosity glue without the need for subsequent separate defoaming processes. ​
