Online order can be tracked by logging into your account. Please allow 24 hours after your order has been shipped to view the tracking details. If you need a tracking number for your order, please email us with your order/invoice number.

The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher, we will use pefilm for packing or pack it according to customers special request. *Q:Order processing?

Our company has its own R & D and production base, the products are proficiently tested before packaging to ensure the accuracy of test results and authority.

Please report all lost or stolen packages to us as soon as possible. An investigation will begin shortly after the incident is reported to us, and a final decision on the claim will be made by the carrier within 10-15 business days. A replacement package will be sent as soon as the claim is accepted by the appropriate carrier.
