1. After operating the high viscosity mixer, perform a comprehensive and careful cleaning. Generally speaking, materials with higher viscosity are more difficult to clean after being left idle for a longer period of time, such as glue. Therefore, we must clean it in a timely manner after the work is completed to prevent it from clumping and scaling inside.
2. Regularly replace sealing components. The main function of sealing components is to prevent material from penetrating into the connections or other spaces of the equipment, which can have an impact on electrical and efficiency. Regular inspection and replacement of sealing components will better ensure the sealing effect.
3. Do a good job in removing moisture. Water vapor can cause oxidation such as rust and blackening on equipment, so we also need to ensure a dry equipment environment to reduce the erosion of water vapor on high viscosity mixers.
4. Determine whether there are any issues with the components of the equipment based on its sound and vibration during operation. If there is excessive noise, vibration, or abnormal noise, it indicates that there is a problem with the motor, shock absorber, or rotating parts, which needs to be repaired in a timely manner.
Of course, in the use of high viscosity mixers, we also need to strictly follow the user manual, reduce incorrect operations, in order to better extend their service life and provide better quality results.
