Temperature control configuration: We have a mixer model with temperature control function. When your material heats up during the mixing process, but the material needs to meet specific temperature requirements, you can choose our mixer with temperature control function.
Workflow
1. According to the material ratio in the formula, weigh the corresponding materials using an electronic scale. When adding materials to the container, remember to reset the electronic scale to zero;
2. According to the weight ratio of the material and container, equal weight weights should be used on both sides when stirring the double cup material (the difference between the two sides should not be too large);
3. Place the materials that have been counterweighted into both sides of the mixing chamber, adjust the corresponding parameters set, and start the equipment to start mixing;
4. After waiting for the end of the mixing time, take out the mixed material for observation and use.
