Working principle and precautions of planetary centrifugal mixer:
1. When opening the cabin door of the planetary centrifugal mixer after removing the bubbles, it is important to note that the cabin should be opened when the air pressure inside has returned to zero. If there is still residual air pressure inside, forcibly opening the cabin at this time can also cause a pressure difference between the air pressure inside and outside, which can cause personal injury.
2. When using a vacuum stirring defoamer to remove bubbles, we need to pay attention to safety, including closing the door of the vacuum stirring defoamer to prevent the air supply pressure from pushing out the door when the pressure inside changes, which may pose a danger to the user.
3. It is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain the planetary centrifuge, mainly checking whether the pressure gauge of the vacuum mixing and defoaming machine is normal, whether there is any air leakage in the cabin, and whether the door bolt of the cabin door is normal. If any of these places have problems, it is recommended to stop immediately for maintenance, after all, the vacuum mixing and defoaming machine is also a special equipment and a dangerous goods.
