    Principle of Operation

        The three roll machine utilizes the shear force generated by the mutual squeezing, different turning directions, and speed differences of three horizontal roller surfaces to grind and disperse materials.

        The clearance control method of the MTR series three roll machine is precise and stable. Based on geometric principles, the roller gap is adjusted by controlling the angle between the axis envelope lines, truly achieving linear.

        Control of the roller gap. Realizing linear control of roller gap in a true sense, it can handle various viscosity slurries with excellent dispersion effect, and can transform materials with a wider distribution into narrow and pointed distributions.
