1. Material preparation:

Accurately weigh the required materials according to production needs and place them in the mixing tank. Please note that the total amount of materials should not exceed the rated capacity of the mixing tank to avoid affecting the mixing effect and equipment life.

2. Parameter setting:

Use the touch screen control panel to set parameters such as mixing speed, time, and vacuum degree. TMV-700TT supports multi-stage mixing program settings and can flexibly adjust the mixing process according to different material characteristics.

3. Start mixing:

After confirming that all parameter settings are correct, start the mixing program. The dual planetary mixing system begins to work, mixing materials in all directions and without dead corners with a unique motion trajectory. At the same time, the vacuum pump is started to pump the mixing tank to the set vacuum degree and begin the defoaming process.

4.Monitoring process:

During the mixing process, real-time monitoring of vacuum degree and mixing time information is carried out through a touch screen. If any abnormal situation is found, the machine can be stopped in time for inspection and troubleshooting.

5. Complete mixing and sampling:

After mixing is completed, the mixing program will automatically stop and a prompt sound will be emitted. At this point, you can open the mixing tank cover and take out the mixed material for testing or subsequent processing. Be careful not to introduce impurities into the mixing tank during the sampling process.
