Planetary Centrifugal Vacuum Mixer is a precision industrial device that achieves
uniform material mixing + deep defoaming in one step within a sealed negative-pressure chamber. It uses non-contact planetary revolution and rotation stirring, with synchronous vacuum pumping to adapt to low-to-high viscosity materials (up to hundreds of thousands mPa·s).
Based on Boyle's Law, its high vacuum system reaches 0.2 kPa, making bubbles expand and rupture rapidly, with a bubble residue rate below 0.1%. Key structures include a sealed vacuum chamber, dual-axis planetary drive, professional vacuum pump unit and intelligent PLC touch control system.
It delivers outstanding advantages: thorough defoaming, contactless & pollution-free operation, wide viscosity compatibility, 50% higher efficiency than traditional processes, and stable parameter control. It is widely used in electronic packaging, new energy, composite materials, medical dentistry, 3D printing and cosmetics.
