SMIDA Planetary Centrifugal Vacuum Mixer is a precision industrial equipment that combines planetary revolution-rotation high-speed stirring and vacuum defoaming. It completes uniform material mixing and thorough bubble removal in a vacuum environment, perfectly solving the difficult mixing and bubble retention problems of high-viscosity materials, ultra-fine powders and electronic slurries.
Core Working Principle
- Planetary Revolution & Rotation Mixing
The material cup revolves around the central axis to generate strong centrifugal force for material extrusion and dispersion. It rotates rapidly to produce shear force and eddy current, breaking particle agglomeration and realizing dead-angle-free molecular-level uniform mixing.
- Vacuum Defoaming
The chamber is vacuumized to lower the air pressure. Bubbles expand and float under low pressure, and centrifugal force pushes bubbles to the material surface. The vacuum pump continuously extracts gas, reducing bubble residue to less than 0.1%.
Main Structure
It is composed of a sealed corrosion-resistant vacuum chamber, revolution-rotation driving mechanism, professional vacuum system, PLC touch screen control system, adaptable material fixtures/cups, and safety temperature control devices.
Core Advantages
Thorough defoaming for submicron bubbles; non-contact, no dead-angle and pollution-free mixing; 3–5 minutes per batch with high efficiency; wide adaptability to low/high viscosity and liquid-solid materials; intelligent parameter programming and stable process repeatability.
Typical Applications
Widely used in new energy, chemical materials, biomedicine, composite materials and other high-end manufacturing fields.
